I will review a manuscript for a picture book aimed at young readers, and give my thoughts on how I see the manuscript working in terms of plot, narrative voice, character, pacing, and anything else I note. I know how important it is for creative people to get positive feedback, so while giving constructive criticism, I also highlight what is working well. You will receive a general editorial email highlighting larger points, as well as your document with tracked changes and comments that focus more on the details. If prefered, this could be swapped for an in-person mentoring session, in which I can review samples of your writing and discuss your writing goals (up to two hours).
